Emailing your services is it appropriate?

    Hi,

    I would like to confirm if this is effective and appropriate,

    Is emailing your service appropriate? for example you email a person and you told him your a web designer and you do some stuff etc.

    How about emailing proposals is it appropriate?

    No, it's not appropriate.

    If you send bulk emails to unknown persons, you're spamming them.

    If you contact unkown persons, randomly, one by one, you're shooting in the dark and you're wasting your time.

    I'm afraid it will be regarded as spamming for your unrequested emails.So,if you want to make it effective and
    appropriate,you'd better only send emails to those who have been your subscribers or have interest in your
    product or service.
