1. No, their is not a demo installed. Due to the nature of the site (Email Marketing) having a demo online could cause the sites domain to get blacklisted because as we all know, there are people that try to abuse demo sites like to misuse them.
2. I have full rights over this version. Originally, it started as an open source development through SourceForge.
3. Info on exactly what is needed for the license key is explained during the install process.
