Email verification

    I received email from adsense saying I need to verify my phone number. So when I log in to my account ontop it say Payment on Hold. When I click it ask me to verify the phone number.
    Is this right guy? This is my first time so.

    Did you click the link from the email or did you go to Google and log in from there? Normally you need to confirm your address when you reach $50. To do this, they send you a PIN number in the mail and you need to type in the number. I have not heard of verifying the phone #.

    hmmm I don't actually remember where did I click. But When I log in I two verification one phone and sceond one is PIN (august 26,2007 posted)
    I'll check again goign dierctly to the account.

    I never heard anyone ever saying ... that adsense needs your phone number verification !
    Must be a phishing email
