Email updates plugin for Wordpress

    I'm looking to add some stuff to the blog to turn the one time visitors to permanent readers, so what can you guys suggest?

    I think some kind of plugin that allows people to submit their email and receive updates when new posts are posted would be cool, although they might get too many emails then :eek:

    Whats the easiest way to let people add my feed to their feed reader?

    Any other suggestions would be great too :)

    Feedblitz.com has that feature too......feeds via email......feedburner.com too has started it............
