email update wordpress

hello, i am looking for a plugin or something that will allow me to send an email to update a blog?

 

Already built into wordpress. You can email update your Wordpress blog.
Go To "Settings" > "Writing", and scroll down to "Post Via Email"

 

sorry, i do not yet have wordpress activated... what options do i get when i do this? can i specify a 'subject'?

 

The title of your post is the subject of your Email. It must come from the Email you set it up for, though.

 

You have to specify a default category. I have never used it, I am to scared to post remotely...I figure if I am on a computer to send an email, I can just log in to post.
