Email trouble ticked system. Which one do you use?

    Hi

    We are looking for a email trouble ticked system to handle support for our webproject.

    So far I have found: http://otrs.org
    which looks good but much to complex for what we need.

    Do you use a ticked system?
    Which one?
    How does it work for you? Any problems?

    I'm looking for one also. Unfortunately all of the ones I've found are currently out of my budget.

    Well, otrs would definitely fall in your price range, or maybe fall off the bottom. (free)

    As far as a simpler one, I don't know of one. I'd be curious since I am looking at doing a site and developing CMS modules. I don't know if the email functionality in some of the bug tracking software is sufficient, but I think something like this is definite overkill.

    Take a look at IntelloDesk you can find it offered for $49 at WHT on and off again.
