Email to helpdesk case management software

    Not sure where to place this question, based on the description of the group this one seemed the best fit.

    Anyway, I am looking for a type of helpdesk, ticketing system that an directly read email.

    I would like to have all support requests automatically directed into the helpdesk system. Then the helpdesk guys can read/reply to the helpdesk cases directly on the web.

    Everything gets stored for reference...

    Anything like that on the market?
