Email to a Lost Customer to Win Back Business

    Let me tell you the Background.

    We had a customer which we have designed a website for them which was running perfect from last 3 years, no complaint from anyone.

    Suddenly the Decision Maker changed any he called new vendor offered them the website to be redesign, reason was Ego Problem with the decision maker with my firm.That happened in May 2010.

    I tried @ Exit Interview with the Decision Maker but i got an answer that you have quoted high and he need a better price.The contract was awarded to that Vendor.

    After 6 months i came to know the following :

    1) The website is not up as the vendor which was selected had not required manpower and Skills to perform the job, they are still struggling to complete the website

    2) They have quoted Price higher then me .

    Now i want to win that client back, how ? can anyone help in this regard please ?
