Hello every one. I want to send bulk emails. Like I want to send newsletter to hundred's of different email address, but I server allows me to send limited number of emails per hour or minutes. Here a technique of email throttling is use for delaying emails. I haven't any idea of using this technique of email throttling. Please some one guide and help me in this regard
1) Don't do it. 2) If you do do it, host somewhere in Russia or China where your account would POSSIBLY remain active for 2 - 3 days. So I hope you can break even by then
