    Which network offers the most Email Submit and have the most payout rate? Thank you very much for helping, If anyone can suggest me one, ill sign up under them.

    There are lots of affilaites with email submit offers, I like Neverblue ads, Rocket Profit and Maxbounty personally.

    check my signature they have a lot of email submits that have payouts from 1.00 to 2.60

    i like neverblue ads better than any of the other networks I belong to...I think most of the CPA's have email submits, but whether you make any money off of them is the question
