What I am hoping to learn from the PR gurus here is what would be the best format for a subject line for this press release email? Are there standards or formats that are generally used? I have thought about the following approaches: [PR] Headline about my news [News Alert] Headline about my news [Press Release] Headline about my news [News Release] Headline about my news Of course, "Headline about my news" would be replaced by my actual headlione. Are the brackets a good way to go? Is there a better, proven way to do this? I am interested in getting past spam filters and showing the reader that this is a relevant email to his/her beat.
