You can Use the following tools:
    -Mailjet
    -Vertical respons
    -aweber
    -mailchamp etc

If the case is that your list is not double opt in, you might face some very hard time as Google has a very strong anti-spamming policy. If you want to be successful in the email marketing, go with the double opt-in procedure. Anyhow if you want to go with the same list, as it legal, you should at least avoid the following practices to minimize emails going into spam folder:
-Don't send any links in the email, Just send in introduction in your first email
-Don't use promotional words like ''buy now'' etc
-Don't address with ''Hi'' rather with the first name
Try to avoid all means which give a sense of promotion, try to send the first email as non promotional as possible

This how you can go through the google anti spamming and minimize the risk of spamming ur emails.

    Cheers!

Personally, I've used quite a few autoresponders and my favorite so far is GetResponse. Not only is their interface easy to use, but their deliverability is great and they're easy to work with.

On top of that, they have a system in place to allow you to import leads provided they're approved and not spammy vs. others that just let in every lead (will hurt everyone in the long run) or don't let you import at all (big limitations with that).

But there's definitely other good ones out there like Aweber, iContact, and Constant Contact.

I think with that load of email its better for a software if you want to save time. But if you want to save money better try a service. But time is most important than money in business, you might earn twice in software than in service.

Hi there! Choosing a software that would allow sending to purchased lists limits your options as the more popular ESP or MAs don't allow importing cold contacts (i.e. MailChimp, Aweber etc). But there is hope! You can use Clickback's Email Lead Generation software - it's one of the few available that allows sending to cold contacts. Clickback offers a one-on-one software demo on the website if you’re interested.
