Email script with messenger?

    Is there any script for an email service which comes with a customizeable messenger made in VisualBasic or C++ or anything else? Free or paid i dont care. If you dont know any, can someone make this kind of thing for me and how much will you charge?

    *any language supported (php, asp, cgi, etc)

    It can be coded in ASP.NET/Perl/PHP easily.
