email rejected by recipient domain

Hello,

I'm getting this error message when I tried to send an email to this email address.

Technical details of permanent failure:
PERM_FAILURE: Gmail tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 to unblock hs-out-0708.google.com see http://www.example.com/. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. Thanks for your continued support. (state 14)

What is causing this issue?

How do I fix it?

Try not to send emails to example.com , does it happen to all other email or just one?

 

Here's the situation.

I'm sending tests email from my Gmail account to my own website and thats the error message I'm getting.

Fortunately, I don't have any problems when I send an email from website. Any ideas?

 

Good news!

I resolved the issue commenting out these two lines in the /etc/exim.conf:

# relays.ordb.org : \
# dnsbl.sorbs.net=127.0.0.5

Now I can send and receive email messages from Gmail and other 3rd party email providers.

Remember to HUP or restart the exim process for the changes to take place.

 

a problem i found that took ages to rectify was the smtp tweak. I turned it on in the security center of whm. Non of my clients or indeed myself could send external emails.! Nightmare
