Email opt in lists

    Hi,

    I am looking for email opt in lists.
    It could be a good company that sells them or someone here who has a good affiliate list of emails.

    Basically, I am looking for people that have submitted their emails "opt in" to receive special deals, etc.

    So it could be a purchase of emails or a website that will send out my specials to their customers etc.

    Any ideas?
