email opt in cpa offers?

    need an email opt in cpa offer anyone know one that pays quite good? If im not making sense i get paid when someone enters there email into an opt in.

    you're looking for email-submits. Every CPA network has them, but i'm esp in love with copeac, hydra & neverblueads. (but keep in mind email-submits always just pay like 1-2$ and are geo targeted, meaning you'll need to geoIP your visitors to the right offers)

    Clickbooth also do a selection of zip and email submits and I believe they also allow you to monetize your international traffic

    Copeac doesn't even have e-mail submits anymore.

    Focus on Hydra and Neverblue though.
