Shawn, for the few items that OG doesn't always automatically setup via the web interface (or is too difficult to automate) like static IP's, accelleration software, etc. it would be very useful if OG could 'email one time item purchase information to ' who could then set it up manually while already having the billing item on their account. Similar to the 'email signup info' option. Maybe a 'email one-time item info to' as well. Thanks.
You can setup an "Email" event based on the product if you want (if you run billing cycle specific events).
OK, I could have sworn that I had this working properly, when a customer clicked on the purchase one time item it ONLY showed the item that matched there billing cycle (monthly, quartely, semi, and annual). Now it shows all four no matter what billing cycle they are on. Do you have any idea why, or how I can get it back to only showing the one item that corresponded with their cycle (or was I completely spaced out thinking that it was working right before?) I think I'm just doing something wrong in the item properties. Thanks
