    Hello everybody,

I used to received an email notification when I got a PM, and all of the sudden it stopped.
I didn't change the setup, and in the "Edit option" the check box of: "Receive Email Notification of New Private Messages" is checked.

    Can anyone help me?
    Is there any support here?

    Thanks, Mor.

Did you mark any one of the previous email notifications as SPAM? If so then, the emails might be filtered to your spam box/folder

Since your settings show no reason for your not receiving e-mail, I would check with ISP. My ISP filters what they believe to be spam automatically.

Indeed, but your internet service provider (isp) may removing them. You need to find out if they have spamassassin or something else running and if it's possible that digitalpoint.com emails are being filtered.

"False positives" do happen and they will have the tools to correct the problem.
