To do email marketing you need to pay for an auto responder service like aweber or mailchimp so it will be better to first confirm that you are getting visitors and than subscribers. You can have an idea by the response you are getting from visitors about your content. If you are recieving value added comments, other blogger are following you, on facebook and twitter the feedback you are getting is reasonable about your blog, people are subscribing to the RSS feed than I think you should avail the subscriber service and collect the email addresses of your site user but if not you need to make your site more interesting by adding some value to it.
