    Hi all,

I have around 3 million email addresses  all opt-in who accepted for 3rd party emails targeting online dating which I've got hold off from a seperate company(online dating to be exact) I have the rights to use these emails from the company itself.

As I want to market my new dating site(which is not in my sig), how can I bulk email without being affected from my ISP or falling into spam filters? As google seems to be returning spam for my searches, is there a reputable web service that I can use to send newsletters etc. to these emails? Will I run into a problem even if this is authorised by both the website and the member?

    Thanks :)

how did you go about getting those emails. I am trying to get a hold of some lists for some of my sites, but I am not sure where to go!

cenkbut - you say these 3 million have accepted to receive third party emails and you have been given this list correct? Have these people explicitly signed up to receive your content? If not, you should not be sending them email. This is not permission based. If on the page where they originally signed up it said, check here to receive content from cenkbut, that is great and you should not have to deal with junk folders or messing up your ISP since they will be expecting information from you. I know, it's gray, but if you do not have explicit consent from these folks to send them email, you will likely be put in the junk folder and will be seen as spam.
