    Hey, No need to buy it. You will get fake data form anywhere, just collect it by online search. You can search your relevant category website and take out the email detail. You can send your proposal on the same and get back reply soon. Its time taking but best option.

    Avoid buying email lists as more often than not, your emails will land up in trash. The list would be non targeted as the recipients never opted to recieve promos of your product or service in the first place. In short, use the time save by avoiding this activity in building a list of subscribers who maybe genuinely interested in what you offer.

    Buying someone else's email list is not advisable at all. Especially if you purchased an email list for a completely different niche, your emails sent to them would just be regarded as spam.

    An example being, someone selling cooking e-books sold their entire email list of 1,000 to you. But the product you are selling is a e-book promoting photography. Even though both are e-book products the subscribers registered for food related products, so not only will your mails be regarded as spam to them but you would have also wasted your money in buying that list.

    Like many of us have suggested, build a list by yourself. Create a squeeze page and get people into your own opt in list by driving traffic to the site using free or paid traffic. This is a much more reliable source than using another person's list.
