    Hi, I have database of unlimited email IDs in the UK region, where can I offer my services on DP - which section and please suggest other websites for offering such services where I can do email marketing?

    i would suggest you use something like mailchimp, there free to use for i think up too 2,000 emails, there really good, i would suggest using them

    You can't sell email lists here but you can offer to do marketing using the client's own list.

    Services section. Email marketing is a service. But do not spam those emails. and Selling email list is disallowed on DP.
