Where do you guys source your emails from and what is the best way to send them to make sure they end up in most peoples inbox's instead of spam?

I am sort of confuse as to what you are asking...I think you are asking how to build your email list. The best way I have found to buid an email list is by creating a squeeze page that offers a free traffic generation product or informative ebook. Add a autoresponder form on the squeeze page to gathered your prospects information and run your squeeze page through the traffic exchanges or you can add a form on your blog or website.

Autoresponder companies like AWeber have a double opt-in feature to avoid spam complaints. Double opt-in makes the prospect confirm their intentions before they can receive their product.

    Hope that helps!

Just make sure that you are Can Spam compliant. As long as these emails are opt ins and you send them with an option to opt out you should be ok. Getresponse is a really good service as I have used them in the past.
