Email Marketing Tool?

    Hi Guys
    I want to do some email marketing from leads received via a double opt-in list.
    They number approx 150k , and it will be a regular thing so i want to set something up on a permanent basis.
    I don't want to send them though my own ISP - Does anyone have any ideas?
