I think BBmail software is a good choice. you can have a try with their free trail version. It has tracking reports, sub/unsub funtion and can send personalized email etc.

Searching around the forum and you can see tons of similar threads discussing about the same things but nevertheless i would suggest Atom Mail Sender as the best email sending software.

I have been looking for a emailer with decent inbox rate too. Problem is most of ESP like aweber and get response doesnt allow mailing to CL leads. Anyone know any solutions?

I suggest not to go for any free tools for email marketing. Its quite impossible to give this service for free.
But you can try some cheap tools to be safe.
