So which server should I go for to start my email marketing blasts?

I mean are these email servers same as Dedicated Servers; people usually rent for hosting sites?

Which is the best-featured and economical service out there for renting such servers?

Does email marketing really works to the level of satisfaction? I am not arguing but asking as till date I have a concept that atleast 65% of such emails loose their life in spam folder or junk mail box.

Thant is why asking you people, does it really works up to the satisfaction level?

Email marketing if it is done right works really well - however - blasting out hundreds or thousands of emails to unqualified end users will get you nothing...

Yes email marketing is a numbers game, the more you send the more chances that more people will open your email - but there is a LOT MORE to email marketing than just blasting out numbers!

A quality list of end users who have agreed to receive your email (have opted-in) and are expecting it will get you results.

And its more than just getting a high open rate - the key is to get the end user to "click through" on your offer and land on your website page and ultimately "BUY" your offer.

Email marketing is very much a process that does work if it is done right.

you can try icontact since they let you import a list without confirmed optin. Also a MLM company called pixelgigs has an autoresponder service that let me upload a list of 5k that I had without requiring me to confirmed optin as well.

or you can use your own hosting and a script you can buy on theme forest for around $20 to email out. They also had a wordpress plugin version last time I looked. But you will have to set it to mail out no more than 200 emails per hour if using shared hosting or hostgator etc. This worked well but I hated leaving my computer on.
