Well hire an experienced mailer- but 1M sounds like a list you bought, not one you cultivated..meaning it is probably very low value...

A brought mailing list is work very little, if it is your own then look at a tool such as Epsilon or Communigator

If you've purchased a list of 1 million e-mail address that did not opt-in to receive specific offers from you, then you are positioning yourself to be perceived as a spammer. This is not a good thing, not to mention that you should consider that you probably aren't the only one who has those names.

Use a program that has predefined templates and automates your tasks.

Just write a content and send it for all of your list. But theres a problem. Sending email to 1 million persons needs a very powerful computer / server. I don't think you can do it on a normal dedicated server too. It takes about 20 days on a powerful server. So what do you want to do for this problem?

Actually, I think I am going to stockpile 1+ million emails and try selling them. I also might try to send mass mail if people offer enough.

What do people usually pay for 1 million emails?

Do e-mail marketing by writing an invitation on trying a product while giving a short review on how amazing it is (and a link of course). This can work for affiliate marketing or other online marketing branches.

hire a professional email marketer, better to look for those who have proven records because I'm sure you don't want your email to be place on spam blacklist filters if ever you done it wrong.
