Email Marketing Legal Address

Hi all,

I'm looking to set up a new mailing list with a good project I have in the pipeline. I'm wondering how anyone has got round the legal barrier of putting your postal address in the footer of the email. I am looking into setting up a PO Box but if I could save £60 a year doing something else, then I would like to use that option.

I would go for a p.o. box or use a friends business address, if they're cool with it.

favorite online store wasn't found as per the footer on the
email?

Invest the £60 for the year knowing you'll get it back in
profit and as a tax write off.

Carl only other option to renting a PO box is perhaps asking a friend if they're OK with you publishing their address?
