? Email marketing campaign software with advanced features?

Hi,
We have regular hosting (not server) where we want to put an email marketing soft that will allow (1) see who opened email (2)re-send to message (new or the same one) to those who did not open (3) see who clicked on which link in the email (4) have history (5) allow HTML and text emails
Anything like this exists? Preferably opens source and free or not more then $300 USD for the soft.

I use readnotify to track my newsletter performance.
The fee is cheap and its effective.

WebTsarina, have you looked at a hosted solution like Aweber?

Hosting and using your own software gives you more control, but email deliverability may be (and usually is) an issue. From a pure ROI perspective, you may be better off in the long run to go for a professionally hosted solution like Aweber.

It's no point being able to send out emails cheaply if the mails can't get into your desired recipients' mailbox, right?

 

Solutions like aweber will kill most of your list by double-verifying it.
