Hi All, I was wondering if you could help me with a email marketing related question. We receive a fair number of "Bounced" emails and to clean up our mailing list I am looking to better deal with these. As such I was hopping you could help me categories the following as either "hard" "soft" bounces?? Deferred: Operation timed out with Deferred: Connection refused by Deferred: Operation timed out with Mailbox disk quota exceeded mailbox is full: retry timeout exceeded reason: 550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable User is unknown {mx-us010}) (reason: 550 "Unknown user") (reason: 550 5.2.1 The email account that you tried to reach is disabled. 1,2,3 hard bounce 4,5, 6 soft bounce 7,8,9 hard bounce You could drop an email address from your list say as example when the foll criteria is met: 1 hard bounce 3 soft bounces
