Email Marketing and Spam Cop

Hey There,

I recently purchased some email addresses off vworker.com for my email marketing campaign.

I have an opt-out option at the bottom of each email that gets sent out.

Each person only received one email.

I have complaints coming in from Spam Cop?

I do not even know what that is.

Can somebody give me some advice?

You spam = you get complaints = you get banned

Those were solicited emails or spam?

 

According to the can-spam act of 2003, each marketer gets one free shot at each email address.

I only ever sent one to each email address though.

 

Buying email list could not be effective as you original think, as consumers today are more alert and more easily got annloyed by spamming mails.
If you are determined to do so, at least make sure you are targeting the right customers. It might cost a little bit more, but it will make your investment more worthy.

so, think twice if this way is effective....
