Email IP checking tool?

    Is there a tool available that can check IP's on emails I receive? I'm working as a translator, and I'm SO sick of getting scammed by the same person over and over again - He changes his email (everything from a website email to gmail) and name, and I'm not able to track him.

    If you check the raw (or long) message headers, a lot of times the senders IP address is in there. This is not always the case but most times it is.

    btw they can use proxy connected to proxy =)) no way to catch them
