Email ID to Contact Hotmail

    I want to converse with hotmail.com regarding pop service on which email id i should drop the mail...

    I think pop service by hotmail is not free so you have to either buy hotmail plus or my suggestion is to switch to gmail as it has free pop service.
    Please some one Correct me if I am wrong..

    well i am ready to pay to hotmail but before that i have some queries which i want to solve by some relevant people over their who are concerned to this type of issues so i need the email id where i can contact them
