Email Hijacked

I suddenly started receiving a ton of undeliverable email messages on one of my accounts.

It appears that someone is spamming, using a fake email address with my domain name at the end.

    Three questions:

    1. Can I do anything to stop/prevent/avoid this?

    2. Is it possible that it will impact my ability to send out emails? Specifically, I use AWeber to manage my email lists, and I have a list to which I send regular messages from this domain. Is it possible that my domain name will be black listed because someone else is using it for spam?

    3. Is there anything I should know about what has happened, like is there a security hole somewhere I need to plug?

    Thanks!

Your email server could be open relay, get your server admin to disable open relay and only allow authentication.
