I'm trying to mass mail out a email message for people that have wanted a preorder from my site, every email I send out goes straight to the spam folder. Is there any way to get around this?

    Different username maybe?

It might be the subject you are using or it could be that you are using some promotional language in the email.

Many factors determine if you make it to there inbox or not. How are you sending the mail out, your own smtp or mx relay? What link are you using in the message, .biz and .info register almost 1 point on spam assassin which is what some networks use to filter out junk mail. Are you sending each mail individually or you trying to CC or BCC other names? Certain words trigger spam filters if used enough times, what are you trying to mail out?

You trying to use email software to send your email, sending that test message through an email client or web mail?

I think it's my URL, do domain names get filtered?
