    Hi guys,

My wife is looking for a little help with her emails. She would like to send an email to the people in her address book en-mass but without the others being able to see each others email address or cc's.

Is there anyway with Outlook Express she can manage this or will she need to use an add-on script?

    Cheers

Agreed - BCC is the only way to get this done.

WOW, cheers guys, how do I turn BCC on in Outlook Express?

Do I do it from the address book? If I click on the Address Book Icon by the side of the cc field in a new mail window it brings up my address book and 3 boxes:

    To
    CC
    BCC

Am I correct in assuming that I include all the recipients I want to send the email to in the BCC box?

When I say I, I mean my wife.

    Cheers

DP succeeds where others have previously failed.

She asked her IT help desk and they didn't know how. Not bad for a Major UK PLC
