    -------------------------

Some people are too stubborn now a days. Goo luck AP. I suggest you take them down, all. I mean, it's not worth losing your account over about 15% ofyour revenue is it? :(

I was not kidding. Take this down before i file a report for fraud. I'll call directly YPN to make sure you get a lifetime ban for stealing thousands of dollars from advertisers.

Its not acceptable. You are dishonest and have no ethical sense.

Not to be rude, but why are you freaking out and being pissy about it. He said he was working to get this problem fixed. Normally, YPN gives you 2 - 3 days to fix your template/site so I think we should wait till then

Dude, how about you mind your own freaking business and try to make your own money rather than cut the earnings of others. There's nothing wrong with that placement, and if there is, Yahoo will tell him.

Why does he post here if he doesnt want hear other people opinions?

You should all be ashamed because you do it too, i attack him because he made his cheating tactics public. Yes am out of my mind because am an advertiser not a little boy stealing money from business owners.

You have no clue of how much people have lost from PPC fraudsters like you.

You may not like it but this is the truth!

Incentives are not allowed by any respectable ad agency. You don't respect advertisers, and you want me to respect you? Pfff.

He's mixing Yahoo ads with his own content. You mislead visitors and defraud Yahoo advertisers.

STOP PLAYING WITH OTHER PEOPLE'S MONEY and get a life.

Homeloans I simply posted to warn others. I know many people on this forum and online that have images next to their ads, YPN never gave a direct response to it until I got that email and I've read a lot of things.

Calling artic a "fraudster" is simply not fair. If he was a real cheat, he wouldn't have shared as he has in this thread. He is complying with YPN requests to bring his site into compliance, so your attacks are not warranted.

If you want to go after some real fraudsters, click this link.

Arctic isn't a thief. Advertisers routinely try to make advertisements sneak into daily life. It's called viral marketing. Beer companies sell t-shirts and people wear them like any other shirt, yet it's advertising that people pay to wear. How crazy is that? Sure it's socially acceptable, but it's also an incredibly sneaky sneaky sneaky way to advertise. If anythign it's "stealing" from the non-advertising shirts ability to be sold. As an advertiser the only way you can be stolen from is if someone has a robot click on your ads. Otherwise, you should be happy that publishers work so hard to get people to be interested in your product. Do you think that most people who click on homeloan ads are going to buy a home right away anyhow?

Arcticpro, your design and placement for that page is absolutely brilliant. Bravo Sir...

As for the accusations that you are stealing I think the accusers are out of their minds. I have never advertised online so I am not sure what advertisors expect from YPN or Google.

If they [advertisors] expect clicks from people that are actually interested in what the advitisor is selling then I can see why the advertisor would be mad. If that's the case then they probably should be mad that their ad was placed on a page that didn't have anything to do with what they're selling.

If advertisors just want to be known while driving some sales (like they do with most advertising... billboards, tv commercials, radio commercials, door to door hangers...) then they should be thanking arcticpro because he's sending eyeballs to their websites.

When I pay for coupons to be sent to 10,000 mail boxes I don't get mad if my coupons aimed at parents get sent to a house full of 20 something guys. That's just the nature of advertising. My hope is that they will remember that our store exists and maybe some day they will need our services and remember us which will give us some credibility.

Now to specifically restate the previous I am not sure what www.aaaautomovers.com (an ad on ArticPro's website) had in mind when they bought ads from Yahoo. If they are looking for some name recognition then Arcticpro is doing them and great service. If they were looking for someone to use their service (I am assuming they have a service... I am not sure because I didn't click through) then I can see why they might be annoyed, but I can't see why they would be annoyed at ArcticPro, I mean why is their ad being presented on a games page if they are trying to sell a car moving service?

One last thought is that if www.aaaautomovers.com wants their ad on a games page, with the full knowledge that most people won't click through, but that it will give them name recognition then both www.aaaautomovers.com and ArticPro are both being clever.

    1. www.aaaautomovers.com will get a lot of free advertising (views but very few clicks).
    2. ArticPro is getting some money for the few click throughs.
    3. The surfer is getting an advertising hit from www.aaaautomovers.com, but then will be coming back for the useful information they were seeking... so they traded a little bit of time for useful information.

    Everyone wins... Peace out!!!
