Email Event

    I've started looking at migration of some of my Email Events to optigold, however I tried for the 'Email To' field using a variable such as <Login>@domain.com, it didn't substitute the value in for <Login> like it does in the body of the message. Is this not possible? Or is their some special syntax I need to use to get it to work in the 'Email To' field.

    Variables cannot be used within the email to field. You are trying to make an event that sends an email to the customer? For what purpose may I ask?

    Directions on how to use a specific product that they just added to their account (Voice calling service that we offer, I send directions and a URL so they can figure out their local access number).
