Email Database - how to scrub??

    I've got my hands on a database of over 5 million optins

    I want to scrub it against a suppression file.

    What software is recommended for this? Or a general software that can not only scrub but lets me send emails/newsletters as well?

    Depending on your budget I would look into tools such as SilverPop
    they supply both of those capabilities
