is anyone aware of a mailing service that will mass blast an email list that YOU provide them? i assume they would have to be offseas
How do they know it's not opt-in? Every now and then I will send a bulk email out to members of my forum. I can manually add more email addresses if I want. Chances are though your bulk email will be detected as spam and will automatically go into everyone's spam folder. There's some type of organization in England (I think) that monitors these types of emails and sends the info to popular ISPs and email providers. Kind of like Askimet. You can probably prevent from being picked up by manually sending a different email topic to every 200 email addresses. It will take longer but will probably be worth it.
