Email Blast Marketing Companies?

    Just curious if anyone knows of a good Email Blast Marketing Company that keeps an up to date DOUBLE OPT-IN list of targeted people. I have been searching the net and I have found a few, but I'm hoping some individuals here have maybe tried some and best yet have had some positive results with one. Many Thanks
