Email Auto Reply didn't work ($2 work)

I have this nagging problem with my joomla site. The email that send
password and username after new user sign up just mulfunction.

I could figure out why - I suspect it the email script. Having no programming background a small thing like this can become a headache.

Please help - I will pay you $2 dollar if you can fix it for me.
