Email Asking Me How Much I Make From AdSense?

Isn't this against the TOS? To talk about how much you're making off of AdSense?

I want to be friendly and let this person know, but at the same time, I don't want to get kicked off of the program!

Cool. I thought I saw something in there in there. Thank you.

I'm not going to respond at all. It's just easier that way.

BTW, I'm new to blogging and I discovered this site. Everyone here is incredibly helpful and friendly.

If you don't know the person on a personal basis don't even bother being friendly as too many scammers use people's friendliness to manipulate and scam.

Think about this way - if someone approached you on the street and asked how much money you had in your bank account, would you tell them?

Actually, I think it's extremely rude to email someone and ask them how much money they make. It's the same as asking a perfect stranger on the street how much their salary is.

If I didn't care about being rude too, I'd email them back saying with MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS in big bold and red letters.

I just ignored the email. Thanks for everyone's input.

I have a section in my inbox titled "blog harrassment" and I think I filed it away there (alongside some 17 year old kid who left an extremely vulgar comment this morning--probably thinking he was funny).

Knowing that the internet cloak of anonymity causes people to be go from nice to pain in the neck in no time flat, I think that this folder will be put to good use.

Lol - what sort of thing did it say?

He really should get a better hobby than to leave random vulgar comments like that :D

I wouldn't even tell my own sister the amount of money I have in my bank account. Yeah, ignore the guy.
