email address link

    ok this make sound like a really stupid question and basic

    but i have an email address on a asp.net and i want it so you can click on it and outlook will open, isit just making the email address a normal link or isit a mail to?

    To start out look use can use mail to option.
    If you are using a hyperlink control insert the navigate url as-
    mailto:myid@email.com
