Email Address from your paypal account

    Hi

    Firstly i would like to say hi to all as im a newbie

    My question is regarding buyer email address, Is there anyway to locate them from my paypal acccount apart from going into each transaction one by one
    Is there a way that i can locate all buyer email address, As i would like to notify all previous customers of a new year sale that i wana advertise soon

    You can do a Download History account using the directions below:

    1. Login to your PayPal account
    2. Hover over History
    3. Click Download History and run the report for the desired date range.

    If you want an Excel file, you would select the "Comma Delimited" option. Usually, you are limited to about 1 month at a time when running this report, but it should give you the email addresses you are looking for, along with a TON of other information.
