<EM> and <Strong> in on page SEO

    Anyone has guidelines in using <EM> and <Strong> in on page SEO. I am wondering if we will do that in all the words in an article or just one for a specific keyword?

    you need to use them for targetted keywords.

    Also keep keyword stuffing at 3-7% rate :)

    IMHO bolding keywords is over optimization, some will disagree.

    is different from

    <em>Mango</em> and <em>apple</em>

    i think <Strong> is only have importance .

    i dont believe <em> has an importance
