    this was one of my favorite lines, "Ellen MacArthur may have experienced some sadness at leaving the Southern Ocean behind yesterday but the memory of rounding Cape Horn in extreme 50 knot conditions, is something she would prefer to put behind her." That is pretty insane. I don't think I would like to sail around Cape Horn period, let alone by myself.

    I think its amazing - I have done a small amount of offshore sailing in Nic 55 But had a crew of 8 so I cannot think of how hard it must be to do all this on your own

    OK auto pilots ect but the amount of pour guts of Ellen MacArthur is amazing
