Elitecommission's payment delayed too long!

I think they wanna scam me. Once i chatted with my EC manager, he promised that my payment would be sent within 1 week. But after that, nothing 's happened. I even can not contact them again. My payment should have come at the end of September, now is October 17th, hopeless!

 

You should try out other networks that are more established. I'll try to get a EC affiliate manager to see this thread. Let me know if you need any help.

It is an affiliate network.

 

My payment was delayed as well, but after speaking with my affiliate manager today, I was sent a PayPal echeck. Just contact your manager again and get them to send the payment. I've been with them since they started and they haven't scammed a single person, and won't.

 

i tried to contact them by AIM many times, but they 're always "Away" and no respond. . How to contact them as fast as possible, anybody know?

 

Probably wont get much of a response til Monday from them now.

 

Well, I can say there support sucks. I have been trying to contact my AM to no avail.

I emailed him a few times and he never got back to me, so I wouldn't be surprised.

Right now you can't even get into their site...making some changes or something.

 

i've been paid, but things have really gone downhill in the last month or so.
and good for you, mtd, that you get a response on aim....i also have joe, as well as have dealt with him other places, and never get a response.
only way i ever hear back from this company is when i use one of their personal e mails

this would imply that none of their offers are tracking.....i am guessing i need to pull them all down?

Update from EC that I received over AIM:

"EliteCommission is moving reporting systems, we are NOT running away, it is a huge transition, and within a few days we will be better then ever with better support, automated payment processing systems, and a more competent script."
