I have been going to the site everyday to see when or if they got there tracking system up, well I just signed up but after signing up it says "Thank you for registering for ECMtracker"? What is this? Did they sell there biz or is it their tracking system.. Also, on the publisher sign up page, it says this What do they mean by, "closed network" Just wondering
Yeah, but just about everyone is locked out and needs to sign up again. I've been told if you have funds they will be sent over.
