eliminates 99% of the directories being promoted at DigitalPoint, ( ARE Junk )

    Why do people keep saying this, I break my ass all day on my directory!?

    WHAT disrespect!

    It is a valid view and standpoint. Except for Yahoo and ODP/DMOZ, I have never used another general directory to search for stuff. Niche-wise I have used country specific or niche-specific directories. As such, the guy's statement does hold some truth.

    As it stands, you have the right to ignore him and continue with your directory, making it the next Yahoo/ODP/DMOZ better directory.

    are you saying that there are so many junk directories it makes yours look worse - you dont wanna be associated with these?

    not all free directories are junk some people put a lot of work into them and to label them all the same is a bit unfair
